Our story
Birdy Systems was born from a shared passion for helping small-business owners. Jenna and Rachel originally worked together in sales, setting appointments for business owners in the energy industry.
Through that experience, they realized how much they valued the relationships they built with business owners and how much they wanted to do more to help them succeed.
With backgrounds in sales and digital marketing, they decided to build something of their own: a business where they could put that passion for people and relationships at the centre of everything they do.
Birdy Systems was created to make running a small business easier. We build practical systems that help business owners save time, strengthen customer relationships, retain more clients, and create more opportunities for new business, while providing the genuine support and care that every business owner deserves.

Birdy Systems is locally owned and operated by Jenna and Rachel right here in the Okanagan. We work with businesses across Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and surrounding communities, throughout British Columbia, and remotely across the United States.
